Relocation of Bartholomew’s Crop Research, Technology and Multiplication Centre from Bognor Road, Chichester to Bognor Road, Merston. This is a commercial development for which The Civil Engineering Practice provided planning advice and detailed design throughout the construction phase in the role of Principal Designer.
