The first phase of the redevelopment has begun at Sussex County Cricket Ground with the former Cricketers Public House now demolished to make way for the construction of a new mixed-use building comprising 37 new apartments, a new bar and restaurant, flexible commercial space and a much more visually appealing entrance to the Ground.
