Highgrove Farm, Bosham, West Sussex

Located four miles west of Chichester on the A259 Main Road is the proposed development of 301 residential properties including 90 affordable family homes.

The development which is on land north of Highgrove Farm will also feature a community village hall, tennis courts and an abundance of public open space.

The Civil Engineering Practice has provided the initial planning application designs for highways and SuDS compliant drainage system.

The SuDS scheme is being progressed in consultation with Southern Water with the objective of being the first such system adopted by them.
